...is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy and
holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Restaurant Management with a
minor in Business Administration from Cal Poly, Pomona. She
interned with Alice Waters at the world famous Chez Panisse
Restaurant in Berkeley, California.
